I feel like my music taste is changing at the moment… I’m inclined towards saying it’s maturing but I don’t know if it is or not yet or if that’s the right word to use.
I’ve just noticed that there are quite a few bands that are getting popular recently that I find myself not really giving that much care for, whereas I think that past me would really like them.
Reef - Consideration
Probably my favorite song by Reef. Such a great British band. They should have been a lot more popular than they were!
Bruno Mars - Locked Out Of Heaven
This is my Revision anthem right now. I don’t normally listen to anything that gets in the charts or is this popular, but every now and then a song comes along that is just amazing. I mean how can you not like this song haha!

Neck Deep - I Couldn’t Wait To Leave 6 Months Ago
Love it when I find a new bad that seem really awesome… especially when they’re British!
I’m talking about Neck Deep… man, these guys are going to blow up FAST. I hope I get to see them some time soon!

Atmosfear - Hourglass
If you like Parkway Drive, give these guys a listen! You won’t be disappointed!

The Summer Set - Someone Like You
I saw these guys last night supporting Mayday Parade and omgosh to them ever since. They’re don’t even really fit my usual taste in music but this song is so freakin’ catchy!
Also, does the girl in this music video remind anyone else of Olivia Wilde?

Stephen Fretwell - Play
Just watched The Joneses and this is on the soundtrack. You know when you find a song that you think is just amazing? Well this was one for me, I just hope it stays that way over the next couple of days.
You Me At Six - Reckless
This video really spoke to me. I have followed You Me At Six since they released their first EP and they still seem like the same 5 lads from Surrey that started rocking out all those years ago, maybe with just a few more tattoos. I feel so excited for them being able to play massive venues now! They are going to be a band I am still listening to when I’m 40.

Every time I haven’t listened to Passion Pit for a while, it seems so refreshing to listen to them again.
Volumes - Edge Of The Earth
Really into this band at the moment. Couldn’t choose between this and ‘wormholes’.
